Do you want an hour of power on the ice of Langjökull glacier? If you are an adrenaline junky this snowmobile tour on Langjokull glacier is the tour for you!

Your tour begins at our Snowmobile Base Camp on the eastern side of Langjökull. A quick lesson in snowmobile driving and a safety briefing, power up and you are ready to skim off into the sparkling white yonder!

Langjökull is the second largest glacier in Iceland with a surface area of 953 km2. At its highest, the glacier rises to 1450 m, which is around 100 m higher than the mountain peaks surrounding it. Well-known mountains in the area include Fjallkirkja, Þursaborg, Péturshorn and the fabulously named Jarlhattur. The scenery here is simply stunning! There is a fabulous feeling of spaciousness and a magical sense of being on a very high untouched plateau beneath a vast sky.

For some spine-tingling excitement on the ice explore Langjokull from the seat of a snowmobile! You will get a totally unique experience and take home memories and photographs to treasure forever.
